SAMBAC-AI (operated by SAMBAC LLC) processes the documents and text you submit (RFQs, drawings, emails) solely to extract part information, search for suppliers, and produce a sourcing comparison for your account.
We store: your Google account profile (name, email, avatar), the documents you upload, the structured data extracted from them, and the results of each pipeline run, so you can view your task history.
If you connect a Gmail account to send supplier RFQ emails, your Gmail app password is encrypted at rest and is only ever used to send the emails you explicitly request or enable.
We do not sell your data. Uploaded documents and extracted data are used only to provide the service to you.
